It speaks out robustly on all issues that impact on the Armed Forces - reflecting their opinions, concerns, interests and tastes. | Controlled and comprehensive bulk circulation to Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army and RAF to over 32,000 regular Officers and 50,000 Senior NCOs in some 500 messes and wardrooms in the UK and overseas and 8,000 Volunteer Reserve Officers in messes and wardrooms in the UK. The magazines are distributed in proportion to the numbers using the messes and wardrooms with bulk supplies going to London clubs, and 1,000 copies are distributed by NELC (National Employer's Liaison Committee) to their commercial and industrial members. Personal copies are received by the Secretary of State for Defence, the Directors General at the Defence Procurement Agency, senior Officers and senior civil Servants in the MoD, Whitehall and other Service Headquarters staff.
